EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

At Chanys.nl you have the right to return an item within 30 days, without giving reasons (right of withdrawal). Within this period you may view, assess and/or try on the item as you would in a store, unless stated otherwise. To ensure that your return is processed quickly, you can easily use our contact form.

By registering your return in advance, your return can be processed quickly. After canceling your order, you must return the items within 30 days at the latest.

When returning your order, please ensure that your return shipment meets the following requirements :

  • The product is in its original condition and factory packaging, as far as reasonably possible
  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refund amount
By exercising the right of withdrawal, your possible payment obligation does not expire. You will have to pay within the specified period. If a credit has been created in our administration as a result of processing the return and you have paid for the order in advance with Ideal, we will refund this as soon as possible. If you return the entire order, the shipping costs will be waived. We will bear the costs for returning the package. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay us.

We will refund the entire purchase price (including any shipping costs) as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days, after receipt of the cancellation notice. However, we may wait with reimbursement until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.

NB! For reasons of hygiene, the following items cannot be returned if the seal is broken:

  • Wigs
  • Strings
  • Catsuits
  • Pantyhose and stockings
  • All sex toys including vibrators, dildos, dolls
  • Condoms, tablets, lubricants and massage products and creams

The above items can only be returned if the item turns out to be defective. We request that you report a defect to Chanys.nl as soon as possible after discovery. You can do this using our contact form.

Returns
You will find a label with a return address on the packing slip for your order. If you opt for post-payment on invoice, the costs for return shipment are at your own expense (estimated shipping costs: €5.50 via DHL For You). If you have paid in advance, you can use the free shipping number sticker on your packing slip. The original shipping costs will be removed from the invoice upon receipt of the return if you return the entire order.

Of course, you can also return the products via another carrier, in which case the costs will be borne by you.

Cancellation of your order
Any order can be canceled without giving reasons, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from Chanys.nl.
